Directions

For full bathing pour a spoonful (15 gms) of the mineral salts into warm water (temperature as desired) and agitate the water until dissolved. Step into water and enjoy. Aviod contact with the eye area. Ideal to use in a  warm foot bath to relieve muscular tension and for invigorating and relaxing the body.
